Renewal and Self-Discovery

IMG_1932-Edit-Edit You might have noticed that it has been a while since I posted a blog. I have been busy not only coaching my wonderful clients but I have also been in a period of reflection, self-discovery and renewal. I have continued help my coaching clients reflect, discover and renew, then realized that I needed to take some time to do the same for myself.
You might ask, “What did you learn during this period of time?” I learned quite a few things. I learned that during such periods, I don’t have a lot to say other than sharing with and supporting my clients (of course) and those close to me.However, now that I am refreshed and have even more clarity, I will begin sharing more with my followers as I have more things to say.I also learned more about my calling and purpose. My personal mission is and always has been to ‘help others to live excellent more fulfilled live, ultimately fulfilling their dreams.’ Now, I have more clarity about the areas of focus in which I support others. These areas include:

Navigating Your Life Through Good and Bad Times

This category is fairly broad but will cover topics I have already been covering to include: Building your Life for Success, Handling Life’s Challenges, and Living Your Dreams

I have a Dream Living Journal that will soon be published, which is used to track your dreams and goals and set you on a path to success. It outlines some of the steps required to help you identify, articulate, and achieve your dreams and is a great tool that can be used to help you during your journey.

Leadership Development

This area of focus makes sense for me because leadership development has been a large part of my passion, study, and contributions to the corporate world over the last 10+ years. I have held various positions in leadership development and am contributing to the corporate world in this area today.

Managing and Taking Charge of Your Emotions

This is an area I have worked to personally improve for several years. I have done a lot of research about managing your emotions and am currently working on a book and journal which address this topic. If you are a person who struggles to keep your emotions in check, you will want to stay tuned.

I will be celebrating 10 years of marriage to my wonderful husband this month (September 2013). I have learned a lot during this journey from personal research, prayer, reflection and self-discovery that I want to share. If you desire to be married or want to learn from someone else’s experience and perspective, stay tuned.

As you review these areas of focus, you might initially think that this appears to be an odd combination. That may be true; however, it is what I am compelled and led to share in my support of others. These are also areas in which I have expertise and knowledge from my professional career, personal experience, formal and personal study, and observation.

Now that I am refreshed and renewed and have more clarity in my purpose, I am beyond excited about continuing to share with you and helping others live excellent more fulfilled lives, ultimately fulfilling their dreams.

Stay Tuned and Here’s to your Dream Living!
