Everyone has come across people who talk to themselves. The truth is, everyone talks to themselves either through spoken words, or through the mind or one’s inner voice. Studies have shown that the average person has up to 50,000 thoughts a day. Sadly, studies have also shown that many of these thoughts are negative. What does your self-talk consist of? What are the main messages you think or speak into your life on a daily basis? What do you say about yourself most of the time? Are the messages positive or negative?
